A very first of its kind, and launching first in the Philippines, the Hiraya Telling Your Story Global Crusade is a series of programs especially designed for school tours. The “Xlporing Our World of Stories Through the Eyes of Our Children” , one of the programs in the crusade, engages Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Manila and all its grade school and high school branches in a very inspiring movie from Crystal Fox Films entitled, “The Box In The Basement”.
Hiraya aims to “deliver inspiring stories of children to children across the globe” through the wonders of the virtual Hiraya engagements where the whole student body can XPLORE, IMMERSE & ENGAGE in these events all at the same time, and even enjoy live audience virtual meet ups with the creators of the movies including the casts.
The crusade has s a series of virtual engagements where students will also have a chance to dissect the stories behind the camera of the movies they are watching, and get to know by interacting with the young actors and actresses and directors of the films. For the more advanced program engagement packages, many different immersions may include students submitting their stories and then being chosen to be produced and participating in the creation and production of the film. This advance stage of program engagement is designed to then screen that film as the next featured movie engagement not only in their school but also in a global Hiraya student film festival.
Hiraya believes everyone has the power to inspire anyone through one’s dreams, stories, and visions and the Hiraya virtual engagement aims to be a venue to put all these together and bring them to life… and as we reach our dreams and ripple inspiration to eachother, we can then make our world a better place!
With this endeavor, may we together uplift and empower our youth, igniting hope for a more beautiful world for us and the future generation.
As part of the program’s vision-mission, Hiraya allocates 20% of the movie ticket sales to the adopted communities or scholarship grants of the school institution to help support and empower the youth.
